Family Reunion

General registration for Collegiate and Alum members includes:

• Hotel Room - A double queen room shared by 4 GRL members on Friday and Saturday nights
• Programming - Access to all Convention programming including affinity groups, workshops, and the Saturday banquet
• Shuttle - Complimentary shuttle to and from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
• Meals - Friday dinner + Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner + Sunday breakfast and lunch
• Merch - This year's convention design on a t-shirt and sticker

Find additional information on the registration site about guest tickets for non-GRL members (partner, child, staff, etc.) and evening programming only tickets (banquet only, banquet and pool party).

Convention will be held at the Holiday Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport. The street address is 3220 S. 48th Street Phoenix, AZ 85040. 

Note - This is a different location than Holiday Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport North.

Absolutely! Every GRL Convention feels like a holiday that we look forward to every year! 

Convention is full of friendship, traditions, learning - and a lot of fun! We're excited to offer lots of ways to to connect with other siblings to talk about GRL, shared identities,  hobbies, even cats.

Attending as a collegiate member,  you'll leave with skills to help you lead your chapter and connections with other siblings across the country to support you through college and beyond. 

As an alum member, you'll get to see old friends and make new connections. You can learn about what's been changing in GRL since you were in college and find ways to get involved again.

Whoever you are, we hope Convention is a time when you feel supported by our huge national family, validated in your identities and experiences, and loved for who you are. 

You must be a Collegiate or Active Alum member to attend  Convention. If you are not currently an Active Alum, learn more about how to become an Active Alum so you can join our reunion!

Yes! The hotel will provide a reservation link for any Convention attendee to book additional days before/after the conference - at the same discounted rate we're getting as a group! 

If you are a Chapter Delegate, Programming Committee member, or Council member, that needs to arrive on Thursday, your Thursday night loding will be provided. Please note that on your registration form or email programming@gammarholambda.org.

May 31st is the final day for regular registraton. Late registration may be available after that date, but can not be guaranteed.

Yes, we are requiring that all guests comply with the following COVID health and safety rules in order to attend Convention.

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination–if you have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to Convention

Proof of negative COVID test–if you haven’t been vaccinated, please have a COVID test done within 24 hours before checking in

Unfortunately, no guest will be admitted to Convention without proof of a negative test or full vaccination.

Absolutely! We are in need of volunteers to help with the following tasks:

• Event photographer(s)
• Banquet DJ
• Staffing the registration check-in table
• Facilitating an activity, presentation, or affinity group discussion

Yes, we now are offering 3 types of registration for GRL siblings.

1. Full registration that includes your room, meals, t-shirt, and all progarmming
2. Banquet-only registration that includes your banquet meal and access to the banquet program. This does not include a hotel room.
3. Banquet & pool party registration that includes Friday and Saturday dinner and access to the pool party and banquet programs. This does not include a hotel room.

Family reunion! We'll be focusing a lot of our time on connecting with our siblings across the country from 20 years of GRL!

There will be no refunds granted or exceptions made in the price of Convention registration. Ticket transfers will be managed on a case by case basis. Contact Violet Benn at president@gammarholambda.org about any ticket transfers.

Yes! Follow the registration link and choose the "Donate A Ticket" option to donate toward a ticket for a collegiate member in need of financial support to attend Convention.

Yes! Choose the Banquet Guest ticket. This guest is welcome to all Saturday evening programming including banquet, awards, dancing, and late night sober programming. This ticket includes the dinner meal.

If your guest is going to stay at the hotel, you will need to purchase a room upgrade for an additional bed space for this guest. If you plan to room with other GRL members, they will need to approve of your non-GRL guest staying with them. 

If your guest would like to be connected with other convention guests and partners of GRL siblings, please note that in your registration and we can help connect them.

Yes! Please register your child with a Child Guest registration. Children are welcome to all meals and most Convention programming, as long as they do not disrupt the programming during that session. 

If your guest is going to stay at the hotel, you will need to purchase a room upgrade for an additional bed space for this guest. If you plan to room with other GRL members, they will need to approve of your non-GRL guest staying with them. 

Yes. Register them with a Staff Guest ticket. Staff are welcome at most Convention programming, except rituals and Affinity groups they do not identify with. If your staff person plans to eat meals with us, please note that in the guest registration form.

If your guest is going to stay at the hotel, you will need to purchase a room upgrade for an additional bed space for this guest. If you plan to room with other GRL members, they will need to approve of your non-GRL guest staying with them.
