Why did you join GRL?
I knew I wanted to go Greek- but there wasn't many orgs on my campus that met my needs of diversity and acceptance. GRL was everything I wanted in a Greek org and I loved every moment of it.

Why did you start volunteering nationally?
Ever since my first GRL convention, I knew that I wanted to volunteer as an alum. I want to help rebuild our foundations and grow the org to be the best it can.

What do you like most about being on National Council?
I love all the "hidden work". I feel very productive to see all the emails, forms, agendas and foundational work that's been done- although it may not look as flashy as when we plan convention, the work is still so important and I feel isn't appreciated enough. I also love learning more about GRL, our history, the reasoning behind our choices and so many things that came before me.
