Rho Chapter, or “Rising Rhos,” was inducted as a provisional chapter on the University of Iowa Campus Spring 2013 and was later founded on April 25, 2015. Rho Chapter is associated with the Multicultural Greek Council in the Greek Life community on campus.
Rho Chapter works with UI Spectrum, UI Trans Alliance, and Delta Lambda Phi (DLP) on many collaborative events to further their involvement on campus. They also collaborate with off-campus organizations such as United Action for Youth (UAY) and community pride events. Rho Chapter works with a few different philanthropies such as The Trevor Project (Gamma Rho Lambda's national philanthropy) and The Sister of Circlehood (Multicultural Greek Council philanthropy).

Tau Chapter of Gamma Rho Lambda is located at the University of Texas at Austin. Ten Alpha Class members were inducted as a provisional chapter in the Spring of 2015, and they officially were founded as Tau Chapter on April 30th, 2016!
Tau is closely tied with the Gender and Sexuality Center (GSC) on campus, which provides them as well as many other organizations with support and great resources. Currently, Tau is a member of the Affiliate Council with Sorority and Fraternity Life with the University, but we are petitioning to become a part of the Multicultural Greek Council. Tau supports a number of nonprofits through philanthropy including The Trevor Project, Bastrop Fire Relief, Safe Place, etc. Tau is quickly growing into one of the largest chapters but members are always looking for new people to join!

The Gamma Rho Lambda Phi Chapter at University of Arizona was inducted as a provisional chapter January 23rd, 2016. They were founded as Phi Chapter on April, 22nd, 2017. After forming an interest group in March of 2015, the GRL at UA has been motivated to be involved on the University of Arizona campus. Some campus organizations they have worked with include Pride Alliance and Force, the feminist group on campus. This chapter is a part of USFC on this campus.
Since there are so many issues they feel are important to their hearts to help change, they do not have one formal philanthropy. These issues include, but are not limited to: domestic violence, homelessness, and youth in foster care.
