Omega Chapter
The Omega Chapter of Gamma Rho Lambda National Sorority is reserved solely for our deceased siblings. When one of our siblings passes, they become an Element of the Omega Chapter, while still remaining a member of their home Chapter(s). They are and forever will be a part of this family, siblings of Gamma Rho Lambda.
We will not forget those who have gone before us. We honor their contributions to our organization, celebrate their love for our siblinghood, and acknowledge the loss we feel from their absence.

The Omega Chapter was established in 2017, after the unexpected loss of two chapter founders in 2016. The Omega Chapter committee, composed of alum member volunteers, is responsible for maintaining Omega Chapter rituals and records. They strive to honor siblings who have died, their contributions to GRL, and issues important to them through media, fundraising, philanthropy, support resources, and programming.
